All members who are active for atleast 5 days, send me support ticket with your website url(reflink) and banner url. I'll check your account and if it's matched with above criteria, your banner will be activated for 5500 views.

You can't see it from your backoffice as it's not processed by you. Activity bonus for banners are activated from admin panel. See below:
