If this below criteria matched with your account, you are entitled for this bonus.

Are you....

1. Active continuously for 5 days.
2. Clicking at least 10 ads everyday for these 5 days.

You can't see it from your backoffice as it's not processed by you. Activity bonus for banners are activated from admin panel. See below:
